In August 2006, churches, representing diverse backgrounds and denominational traditions, gathered together for the first Love Louisville Day. It was a vision to unite together in a strategic and visible demonstration of God’s love for our city through a joint outreach and worship event.
This simple idea of uniting people together to demonstrate God’s love in practical ways is now spreading to many communities all across our city.
Everyone is invited to take part in Love Louisville Day. We encourage everyone to participate through a local church or ministry group. If you're not sure if your church is involved, call your church office. If you’re not involved with a local church, we'd love to help you get connected with a participating church or group in your area for Love Louisville Day.
